My H1B was expired on DEC11,2009.My employer applied H1B extension in Oct 2009, i'm still waiting for Approval notice. since my I-94 expired on DEC11,2009. what is my status untill i get my H1b extension? will i be in leagal status until i get the H1 approval?
I have EAD with the same employer but not using.
Is anybody in the same situation?

I think I know what you mean, however, I'm not sure how to do it in Swift alone.
You could do the opposite of what you want (objects together at the beginning then splitting up) import the swf into flash, then select the 30 frames and choose the 'Reverse frames' option to get the desired effect.

You can file uptill Sep30 2010, or when the quoto gets over, whatever happens first.
And as far as your start date is concerned, if your H1B is from the 2009-2010 quota and you've applied for it after oct 2009, it can start anytime after Oct2009 till Sep2010 ( the date your H1B gets approved), please get this confirmed though.

Well, everyone should be proud of IV's great volunteers too who have always proved their consistent success from time to time - though big sucess yet to come! As these volunteers are just like one of us who are working full-time in their job and contribute to IV as and when they can - but I always felt that IV is managed by bunch of full-time professionals with so efficient and accurate manner! Their leading efforts to solve legal immigrant's problems are really commendable!! We are equally graced with great IV members who contributed $$ generously every time (and hope they will keep continue) and helped other way too (e.g. live update of senate sessions, news links, new immigration bills, etc...).

Hello motivated,
you can search some good online universities to join her and change her status to F1.She can do MBA or Masters through some accredited online university,so that she can attend classes online no need to go anywhere.
If you try in this route she can get her CPT/OPT so that she can work,
and will achieve masters degree finally,which will help to find a sponsor easily.
If u want to persue that job which is offering you bright future,may be this is the option u can use to maintain the status of your wife.

Just be honest. For now you can say "No" as it is not full time. If VO asks more question on it tell them "you were not sure and ask them what it needs to be since she is doing part time. Take relavent docuemnts to show she is a part time.
All it needs to get visa is Honesty.

I have 4 additional steps when DOL needs only three. May be I do not have to count the University Alumni Placement ad and file early.
Is this company considered professional oraganization for Operations Research Analyst job: www.apicsutah.org? We posted the job ad on this organization's website to fulfill the Professonal Organization requirement.

my wife has got H1 this year and
she wants to transfer to H4 as she got Ead and she
wants to use EAD .and still we didnt get AP.she wants
to leave to india in jan she dont have stamp in her
passport
if we apply now for the conversion of H1 to H4 can
she leave to india now and can i send that approval
letter to india then she goes to stamping in india.
is it possible. please suggest me
She can stay as "Pending AOS" and work on EAD. If you are worried about
keeping H status also. You can keep ur H1 if your primary. If anything happens bad with your GC , she can go out and come back on H4. Just switch her to EAD , get a job.
